Keaton Thames
Keaton Thames is the Founder and CEO of Honeyshares, a real estate investment platform providing accredited investors access to luxury short-term rentals and residential development opportunities across Florida and the Southeast. He leads the firm’s investment strategy, acquisitions, capital formation, and investor relations.
Under Keaton’s leadership, Honeyshares has assembled a team with experience across more than 100 residential properties representing approximately $65 million in real estate. The team’s experience spans acquisitions, underwriting, property operations, asset management, and investor relations, providing Honeyshares with the capabilities to manage investments throughout their full lifecycle.
Keaton’s investment philosophy centers on disciplined acquisitions and active value creation. Rather than relying solely on market appreciation, Honeyshares seeks opportunities where strategic improvements, thoughtful design, revenue optimization, and hands-on management can increase both property-level income and long-term asset value.
